GMARS Tech Solutions is a next-generation virtual pharmacology simulation platform designed to transform practical education in D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm institutions. Our goal is to make laboratory learning intelligent, accessible and scalable.
We aim to bridge the gap between theoretical pharmacology education and real-world laboratory experience through advanced digital simulation technology. G MARS empowers colleges with AI-driven evaluation, automated practical journals, real-time analytics, and multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure.
Founder – GMARS Tech Solutions
He is a distinguished academic and administrator in pharmacy education in India. He serves as Professor and Principal at Sharadchandra Pawar College of Pharmacy, Otur (Pune), Maharashtra, with over 24 years of experience in teaching and research. Specializing in pharmacognosy, he has authored/co-authored books including “Basics and Fundamentals of Nanoscience”, published numerous research papers (47+ works with 346+ citations), and guides PhD students. He also chairs the Board of Studies at SPPU Pune and is widely respected as a mentor inspiring students and faculty.

He is a dedicated pharmaceutical researcher and faculty member at Shri Gajanan Maharaj Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Sharadchandra Pawar College of Pharmacy, Otur, Pune. His research focuses on formulation development, nanotechnology, analytical method validation, and novel drug delivery systems. He has co-authored PCI-aligned textbooks and practical handbooks including “Basics and Fundamentals of Nanoscience”. Dr. Joshi is a co-inventor in multiple patents and actively contributes to research, innovation, and industry consultancy.

He is currently working as Principal at Shramjivi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Shramjivi College of Pharmacy, Omerga. With over 15 years of teaching and industry experience, he is recognized as a distinguished researcher and academic administrator. He completed his Ph.D. from KLE University, Belagavi, has published more than 15 research articles, and holds 9 patents. His work focuses on innovation, research advancement, and institutional development in pharmaceutical education.

He is the Founder of GMARS Tech Solutions and a dynamic faculty member at Shri Gajanan Maharaj Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Sharadchandra Pawar College of Pharmacy, Otur, Pune since 2019–20. A highly innovative researcher in pharmaceutical sciences, he has published 10 research articles and holds 5 patents. His work focuses on novel drug delivery systems and development of advanced digital teaching tools including the GMARS Pharma Solution virtual pharmacology simulation software.

She is a dedicated and passionate pharmacologist serving at Shri Gajanan Maharaj Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Sharadchandra Pawar College of Pharmacy, Otur, Pune for more than 12 years. Through her outstanding teaching, student mentoring, and innovative approaches in pharmacology education, she has contributed significantly to academic excellence and practical learning for B.Pharm students.
